As a Senior Instructor and Certification Instructor at Whole Body Method Annette pulls from her vast knowledge of the Classical Pilates system to make her classes dynamic, creative and fun. A former professional dancer, choreographer, cheerleader, gymnast and magician's assistant (I always joke and say I used to be taller) all add to the mix as she creates a challenging and interesting experience. Annette has developed a wonderful "Cadillac Side Manner" but don't let her pleasant demeanor fool you, if it’s a seriously challenging workout you're after, she will guide you safely twisting, bending and flexing beyond what you thought you were capable of with compassion and expertise. Always with the goal of feeling energized, stretched and stronger. A client once said, taking jumpboard class with Annette is like a flying ballet class. What's better than that? Come join Annette and our great WBM community for class or a customized private session which can range anywhere from relaxed and restorative to strong and challenging... it will do your body good!
When Emmeline's doctor recommended Pilates, she had no idea that an entirely new career would come with it. Feeling energized and strengthened after her classes, she realized she needed to make Pilates a permanent part of her life. So Emmeline quit her job in beauty and online advertising to seek out a more fulfilling career. She subsequently enrolled in the Whole Body Method Classical Pilates Certification program and learned the technique thoroughly and precisely. She absolutely loves helping others experience the same benefits she discovered, both physically & mentally.
In her free time, Emmeline loves to travel and is a serial hobbyist having taken classes on everything from improv to computer programming to welding.

Lora was born and raised in Los Angeles. She graduated from University of La Verne with a TV broadcast/communications degree. She spent many years working in the high paced TV production world. During this time Lora took her first Pilates class and was hooked.
Lora says “ I saw a change in body and mind from the get go. This passion led to me wanting to learn more and I finally deciding to become certified. Now, teaching is the most rewarding experience ever. Watching clients transform their bodies and minds and seeing the progress is wonderful. I love to educate clients and help them realize their body's potential.
Since youth, Jeff has always been extremely active. As a child, he was involved in a variety of sports and throughout his life continued to immerse himself in physical activities such as hiking, snowboarding, skiing, swimming, surfing, running, mountain biking, camping, Bikram yoga, TRX, and playing human jungle gym to his 9 nieces and nephews! Jeff found Pilates to be the glue that made him stronger in all his athletic adventures. Once that discovery was made he rapidly progressed through Whole Body Method's exceptional training program to become a certified instructor.
Jeff is a deeply passionate and compassionate person who gives one hundred percent to everything he does. His teaching approach mirrors the way he himself likes to be taught: tough, challenging, fun and achieving a sense of accomplishment at the end of every session, regardless of level. You’ll never regret showing up for a workout with him and you will keep coming back for more! He likes to remind clients that your body is different every day, and you simply have to show up, listen to it, and do the work. When he is not in the studio (or doing something active) you will probably find him writing music or acting.
Since the moment I learned to crawl, I don’t think I’ve ever stopped moving. Growing up in California, I quickly realized that fitness is essential to getting the most out of an active outdoors (or indoor!) lifestyle. In school, I played field hockey, soccer and softball, and as if that was somehow not enough, I ran 2 miles every day. I’ve been a practitioner of yoga, Cardio Barre, Gyrotonics and CrossFit training, all of which have terrific benefits, but I have found Pilates to be the best method for attaining genuine whole-body fitness and acquiring a healthy body awareness. I have an extensive education in nutrition and love to share this knowledge with my clients as a complement to the Pilates results. In addition to helping others achieve their fitness goals, I put what people have called my “infectious enthusiasm” to use as a successful infomercial hostess and actress. My core belief and my approach to Pilates is that fitness, like life itself, should be fun.
At a young age, Regina began Pilates training as a mean to cross-train with her ballet. When she was first introduced to Pilates at Kirov Academy of Ballet (Washington D.C.), where Pilates was offered as one of the mandatory classes in the artistic curriculum, she immediately saw its positive effect on her dancing - better balance, more turns, higher jumps, and higher legs! By building stronger core, she was now executing ballet techniques that once seemed impossible. That is when she realized that human body is a bottomless well that is waiting to be discovered and challenged. From injury prevention to physical therapy to even fitness goals, Pilates encourages an individual to be in better tune with one's body and mind. With her keen eye for detail and compassionate heart, this Russian trained ballerina is there to safely spot you, challenge you, and motivate you until you achieve your personal fitness goals!
Sabrina was first introduced to Pilates while she was getting her degree in Dance from The University of The Arts in Philadelphia. Once she incorporated Pilates into her life, she saw her body change and her dancing soar. Past injures no longer ailed her and she felt a freedom in her body that she had never experienced before. Sabrina continued her Pilates training in NYC but it wasn't until she found Whole Body Method in Los Angeles that she felt she had found her Pilates home.
Sabrina loves the details. She truly believes in the mind-body connection and works to deepen your experience with specificity. Whether you are taking a class with her or a private session, you will leave felling inspired, challenged and with a deeper connection to your body.

Hailing from Orlando, Florida, Erika came to Los Angeles for no particular reason other than the adventure itself. In love with learning, and a teacher by trade, Erika decided to complete her Pilates Certification after realizing first hand how Pilates can completely change a persons life. It wasn’t just the improved posture, amazing gains in strength, flexibility and overall movement, or the way it transformed her body...it was the way she noticed that through Pilates, her overall mood improved, as well as patience, focus, and emotional wellbeing. Seeing all of this happen, just from practicing Pilates regularly, made her want to become an instructor so that she could share this with other people, in the hopes that she could help change their lives for the better as well! Outside of the studio, she can be found hiking with her puppy and creating art.

Abroad and in search of an effective fitness routine, Lindsey discovered Pilates in 2009 while living in Japan. With barely enough space to lay down a yoga mat in her tiny apartment, she practiced mat Pilates every day for 2 years. As soon as she returned to California, she started taking reformer classes and soon discovered a new world of benefits with the apparatus.
Paired with her passion for organic nutrition, gardening, cooking and collecting random facts about health, Pilates fell hand-in-hand with her mission to find a path to whole body wellness. With a background in teaching, she often found herself leading a mat class at home with friends just for the fun of it. Finally, she decided it was time to take her passion to the next level and signed up for the classical WBM Pilates certification.
Lindsey is beyond excited to share her passion for Pilates by helping her clients achieve their fitness goals! Whether you are looking to get stronger, more flexible, toned, improve your posture or heal from an injury, Lindsey will gladly lead you through a fun, safe and challenging class.
Chrissy was destined to be involved in the health and fitness world; when she was a baby, she would bounce along in her carrier as her mom taught aerobics. A dancer since the age of two, Chrissy found the exercises and principles of Pilates helped enhance her training. She has now been a practitioner for over 10 years to keep her body in top dancer shape. After having hip surgery from a dance-related injury, she discovered the healing aspect of Pilates that allowed her to go from a month of crutches to auditioning for shows in less than 5 months. It was this experience that cemented Chrissy's belief that Pilates is essential to good health and as a way of keeping the body in the best form possible. She loves teaching classes, drawing on her years as a dance instructor and choreographer. She believes in challenging the body while providing opportunities to laugh and find happiness.
