For a whole body experience join our super-small group Classical Pilates Classes. We use a variety of apparatus to lengthen, strengthen and invigorate your body and mind. Below is a summary of each class we currently offer.
Group Class Descriptions
CLASSICAL PILATES FOR BEGINNERS
In this class you will connect to the foundation classical Pilates breath, movement and language. Here the focus is on posture awareness, core strength and body alignment. This is the perfect class to begin your Pilates journey or for more advanced clients who wish to brush-up on the basics.
* If you are new to Classical Pilates, we require for your safety and maximum benefit, that you take beginner classes or one-on-one sessions until you are comfortable joining classes.
CLASSICAL PILATES (Beginner/Intermediate)
This class is the perfect bridge between your beginner and intermediate Pilates workouts. Here you progress from the basics with new and more challenging exercises, as you safely deepen your internal strength, spinal flexibility and body awareness.
CLASSICAL PILATES (Intermediate)
Pilates Intermediate challenges the body as you work through a higher skill level of classical exercises that develop internal power, flexibility and grace. You will flex, twist and extend your body under the expert guidance of our instructors.
CLASSICAL PILATES & CARDIO JUMP –BOARD
By attaching the jump-board to the Classical Reformer, you will receive amazing benefits that include leg-toning, cardio-conditioning and lymphatic health. You will start with a basic reformer warm-up then add the spring board for 15-20 minutes of a great cardio workout. Warning: Side effects of spring-boarding include laughter!
CLASSICAL PILATES WUNDA CHAIR
We’ll take you on a wunda-ful journey as you lift, press, balance, extend and firm up your center on the Pilates Wunda Chair. It was considered the first home gym and actually converts into a chair. It's the lessor know of the Pilates apparatus yet the most fun & challenging. Please complete at least 3 beginner sessions before attending this class.
We have a 12 hour class cancellation policy. When you cancel a class inside 12 hours of the start time, the class will be deducted from your package.
Please fill out the "waiver/ health questionnaire" in the "new client welcome email" before arriving for your first class
For clients that are new to Pilates we recommend taking "beginner classes" only for at least 3-5 sessions
Wear comfortable work-out clothing
We recommend you wear socks with grips (toe-sox) for your safety and studio hygiene. You may bring your own or purchase them in our studio shop.
Arrive 5 minutes before your session.
Towels are provided complimentary.
Complementary water and bottled water for purchase is available.
We have a changing room and restroom so you can get ready for work.
For pregnant clients we offer private training only. We do not offer group prenatal classes.
