WHOLE BODY BEGINNERS

These classes connect to foundational Pilates movements by focusing on posture, anatomically correct movements, mind/body awareness and reconnecting to the breath.

WHOLE BODY REFORMER +

These classes create a long, aligned physique as well as a stronger mind/body connection. We integrate the Classical Reformer with Pilates Mat, Wunda Chair (not in every class), and Magic Circle. Join the appropriate class for your level.

WHOLE BODY JUMP

Adding the jump-board to the classical reformer enhances a workout by providing advanced benefits such as leg toning, cardio conditioning, and lymphatic health.

WHOLE BODY STRETCH

Enjoy a classical Pilates class focusing on exercises that stretch the entire body.

 
 
 

Online sign up only, no drop-ins.

Classes have a 12-hour cancellation window. Classes canceled inside this time, are automatically deducted from your package. Sorry, no exceptions.

Classes are 55 minutes. Class levels are listed on the class schedule. . Click here for general information & policies.

Socks with grips are required for your safety and studio hygiene. They are available in the studio shop.

We do not allow pregnant clients into class. Instead, we offer Private training, as the session requires specific modifications.
