Developed by Joseph Pilates in the 1930s, Pilates is a unique method of movement created to correct postural imbalances, restore vitality, and connect mind and body. Its foundation lies in specialized equipment and guiding principles: precision, control, proper breathing, fluidity, and focus.

Whole Body Method is a woman-owned classical studio honoring the original methodology of Joseph Pilates, emphasizing intentional, fluid movement. Our holistic approach extends to our personalized and small group sessions, as well as a comprehensive classical teacher training program, where clients and aspiring instructors thrive.
