We Care about your experience
Pilates isn’t usually a team sport—but at Whole Body Method, it is.
Every one of our instructors is a graduate of our in-house training program, so no matter who you work with, you can expect consistent, expert instruction rooted in classical Pilates. We collaborate closely, sharing clients when it supports their growth and leaning on each other’s strengths. It all comes back to one goal: delivering the highest-quality care and instruction to every body who walks through our doors.

I first discovered Pilates in high school through a home DVD while playing basketball and running track. Over the next decade, I tried weightlifting, CrossFit, hiking, and more, but I always found myself coming back to Pilates.
After working in the advertising industry for years, I decided to shift my focus to something that aligned with my intuitive love of physical and mental wellness. I earned my Pilates certification through Whole Body Method in Los Angeles, CA.
With me as your instructor, you can expect a mix of fun and achievable challenges. My goal is to help you feel comfortable in your body, experience both mental and physical changes, and become empowered and energized at any stage of your Pilates journey. I’m excited to help you discover the true transformative power of Pilates!

My Pilates journey began in 2018 during a trip to a wellness spa, where I practiced Pilates for the first time. After returning home from vacation, I signed up for an unlimited package at my local Pilates studio and began taking daily classes. The studio and its instructors became my family and inspired me to teach.
During the pandemic, a temporary move to my hometown introduced me to classical Pilates. I craved the structure and loved learning about Joseph Pilates’ original work. After arriving in LA, I began a 550-hour Classical Pilates Teacher Training at Whole Body Method, where I learned anatomy, history, and Joseph's repertoire for each apparatus.
My passion is helping clients gain wellness through movement and explore the mind-body connection.

I have been a lifelong advocate of wellness, physical fitness, and health, and I discovered Pilates in London about 19 years ago. As a former professional equestrian, I spent years riding, training, and teaching both horses and riders, which led to many spills along the way!
I found Pilates to be the one discipline that helped me address lingering pain and stiffness from my previous occupation, ultimately guiding me to pursue a career as a classical Pilates instructor. The connection of body and mind makes Pilates the ultimate experience for your well-being, and I am excited to share it with my clients.
I am also a blessed mother of three beautiful daughters and two cheeky kitties. When I'm not in the studio, I enjoy hiking, sailing, and, of course, riding!

I’m the owner and CEO of Whole Body Method, though I’ve always preferred the title of CVO—Chief Vibe Officer—a reflection of my art background and my love for the Grateful Dead. I first connected with the studio in 2004 while helping out a friend, and what began as a small favor quickly grew into something much bigger. Years later, I’m honored to now lead the studio and the community that became such an important part of my life.
Originally from the East Coast, I studied art in Minnesota before moving to California in 1990. My career has blended creativity and service, from working as a business manager and a yoga instructor at a private school to serving in both the art and research & development departments of a renowned children’s educational company.
At Whole Body Method, I wear many hats—answering calls, texts, and emails, guiding clients through the process, and making sure everyone feels supported. My goal is to foster a space where classical Pilates, community, and creativity come together to create something truly meaningful.

As a third-generation L.A. native, I've been inspired by the local fitness scene since childhood. Growing up, one of my favorite fitness gurus was Richard Simmons. I've always loved his enthusiasm, humor, and compassionate heart with his clients—and I still do. Plus, he’s a riot!
During my 21-year career in film and television, I kept my body fit by taking Pilates. While doing my own stunts, I suffered many injuries, but Pilates consistently helped me heal. Realizing its power, I enrolled in the Whole Body Method Teacher Training and discovered a deep love for helping people connect with their bodies. With a spirit of fun and tenderness, I've found my calling in teaching.

Born and raised in Los Angeles, I’m a Pilates instructor and fitness enthusiast with a passion for helping others. I always knew I wanted a career that would keep me active while making a positive impact, which led me to the fitness industry.
I was drawn to Pilates because of its ability to build physical strength, create a deeper connection to your body, and improve quality of life beyond the studio.
My sessions are personalized and challenging but always approachable and fun, with a focus on helping you progress over time. My goal is for you to leave each session smiling and feeling rejuvenated.

I’ve always been drawn to physical activity, exploring everything from classical ballet to boxing, mountain climbing, bouldering, and now Pilates.
My fascination with anatomy and physiology began during my college studies in kinesiology. In 2020, I embarked on my professional journey as a massage therapist specializing in pain management. My goal has always been to empower people to understand their bodies and promote natural healing.
I’m passionate about learning how the body works and helping others achieve their goals. Through massage therapy, I’ve helped clients live pain-free lives, and I’m excited to bring that same commitment to helping people through Pilates.

From the moment I learned to crawl, I don’t think I’ve ever stopped moving. Growing up in California, I quickly realized that fitness is essential for making the most out of an active lifestyle, whether outdoors or indoors. In school, I played field hockey, soccer, and softball, and I ran two miles every day. Over the years, I’ve practiced yoga, Cardio Barre, Gyrotonics, and CrossFit training. While each has its benefits, I’ve found Pilates to be the best method for achieving genuine whole-body fitness and a healthy body awareness.
I have an extensive education in nutrition and love to share this knowledge with my clients as a complement to Pilates. In addition to helping others achieve their fitness goals, I channel what people have called my “infectious enthusiasm” as a successful infomercial host and actress. My core belief—and my approach to Pilates—is that fitness, like life itself, should be fun.

I’m a former public school teacher with a Master of Science in Education, originally from a small town in upstate New York. After teaching children with special needs in NYC during 2020, I felt inspired to make a change and eventually fell in love with California.
Fitness has always been a priority—I’ve run two half-marathons—and Pilates came into my life by accident but quickly became a passion. With my teaching background, becoming an instructor felt natural. I first certified in contemporary Pilates, where I discovered the roots of the method, and later joined Whole Body Method to complete my Classical Pilates certification.
I love how Pilates strengthens both mind and body, always offering new challenges and opportunities to grow. It keeps you grounded, connected, and on your toes.

I was born and raised in Korea, where I often visited my grandmother, a Buddhist monk, at her temple. There, I learned how to build both mental and physical strength.
When I was 15, my family moved to Los Angeles. I quickly took up yoga as my primary fitness practice and have continued it ever since. After a career in the fashion industry, my husband and I opened a restaurant. During that time, I realized how work and daily life can take a toll on the body.
A few years ago, I came to Whole Body Method and discovered Pilates. This led me to intensive study and certification as a Pilates instructor.
Now, I train clients to develop the strength, mobility, and flexibility they need to manage their busy lives.
