Yes! Pilates is an excellent way for kids to build strength, coordination, body awareness, and focus. It’s low-impact, adaptable to growing bodies, and supports activities like dance, swimming, and soccer. With guidance from our qualified instructors, Pilates offers a safe and fun foundation for healthy development. Children under 17 are welcome with a parent present in the studio or participating in the session. Duo sessions are a popular choice, and with instructor approval, experienced children may join group classes alongside a parent.
